Wanted to talk about Evergreen Lodge...aka where Mary and I could easily live! As we headed into the lodge, my heart started pounding! This is where Craig and I stayed 2 years ago, but only had 1 night and part of a day to enjoy there. This time, we were looking forward to 2 nights and 3 days!
We headed to our adorable family cabin, but along the way the kids discovered the slackline...
We reached C9..our home away from home..and it was love at first sight! What a sweet, homey, cozy place to be!!

We unpacked, and headed down to the lodge restaurant for a yummy dinner on the back porch.

| Mary enjoyed the BISON BURGER and sweet potato fries. |

| And I chose the FAVRE BEAN BURGER and the sweet potato fries. |

Afterwards, we played ping pong, fussball, and then discovered that Evergreen Lodge sets up an outdoor fireplace and S'Mores time EVERY NIGHT!!! Yummmm!!
We ended the evening with this view, and a rousing game of cards in our cabin. We fell into bed so happy, so peaceful and relaxed!
