Our girl is HOME! Safe and sound! But not home to our house--she is already settled in at college again, and thrilled to be there! Today she turns 20 years old...
Early the next morning we were up, and packing for college! At the same time Christopher and Mary were packing up to leave for California..everything is bittersweet in the Slininger home these days.
Christopher and Mary left for California at 4 am this morning (Thursday). They will be doing the drive in 4 long days, with a few days at the Grand Canyon thrown in for a break. Craig and I leave for California to drive Mary's car there, on Monday (August 31).
