Good morning, Grandboy!
Wednesday Mary, Ethan and I ventured out to Davis, a town about 25 minutes from Vacaville.
Mary had her post baby appointment, where she was cleared to start running again!
She has recovered so well! After that, we drove downtown, which is sort of a cross between St. David's, PA, where the kids went to college, and Point Pleasant--just bigger.
Mary, Ethan and I walked to a sweet Baby shoppe,
where we got her a Moby carrier, to tote the tot.
Mary got a little training session, for how to tie it on--very cool! This way, Ethan can be snug in the carrier while she can be hands free if need be. Then, we walked down a bit further to Chipotle and had a delicious burrito. We toasted Ethan on his one month birthday! We also like to post our statuses simultaneously....LOL
After our yummy lunch, we walked next door to Peet's Coffee, which is similar to a Starbucks. We got Pumpkin coffee and Pumpkin Latte. Then, we ventured back home. While we were gone, Grampa was a cooking fiend! He made roasted chicken and potatoes for dinner, plus homemade marinara from the bounty of the farm market, plus meatballs. YUMMM..
We all napped, and then waited for exactly 6:37 pm, which was Ethan's exact birth minute.
ONE MONTH OLD!!
Before long, Christopher got home. That boy is so exhausted from his schedule that he is a zombie. After dinner, he laid down right next to Ethan and snoozed!
