This year we cut down another beautiful tree from Boesch Farms in Neptune...
The amazing thing is, it kept budding!..it started growing new buds about a week or so after we brought it home and decorated it...it was unbelievable!!! It meant so much to me--very symbolic. It should have just started dropping its needles until it was finally nothing but twigs, especially considering we had it up for 6 weeks! But here it was yesterday, right before we hauled it outside--BUDDING! I suppose we should assume it was Craig's amazing formula for the water that caused it to grow...but I would like to believe in the amazing...and the symbolic--even when something ends, something new begins...something brand new. This is the thought that I will entertain...and this is the thought that keeps me going~!
