FAMILY FUN.....GOOD TIMES.....CHRISTMAS JOY.....CELEBRATION.....THE LONG GOODBYE

It snowed today!!! Not too much, but a little bit! Heard from the girl today--she is safe in Africa, and we are so relieved!!!! Check her blog for Ugandan updates

--she will need to get an adapter for her laptop tp get online, so she isn't sure how soon she get back online. Her adventure is in full swing!
Nicholas has settled back in, and will be living home now until September or so. He plans to start seminary then. He has one semester left in undergrad. He decided to commute, as he only has one class a week, plus one day that he will head up for InterVarsity, the on campus Christian ministry that he works with. He is looking for a part time job currently, which are hard to find! Mike will continue his senior year of high school, and prepare for Marine boot camp. He works out with the other recruits on Saturdays, and looks forward to June!
Christopher heads back to college tomorrow (Sunday) to start the last semester of his undergrad years. He graduates in May. He and Mary are working hard on their wedding plans! The will be married on June 28th.
We had a wonderful Christmas with the kids! It was packed full of fun, and went way too fast! Mary and Shayna helped pick out the Christmas tree, and decorated it with us. We even managed to get a family picture at the last minute just before Kate left...good times! As much as we miss our girl, we are thrilled for all of the opportunities that she has been given to study, serve and experience Africa!
